THE HUMAN RECODE METHOD IS AN INTENSIVE, STRUCTURED RECOVERY APPROACH FOCUSED ON RESTORING MOVEMENT, BALANCE, AND INDEPENDENCE THROUGH HIGH-FREQUENCY INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING.

SHE IS A RECOVERY SPECIALIST WITH A MASTER’S DEGREE IN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY, FOCUSED ON ADDRESSING LONG-TERM FUNCTIONAL LIMITATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH CHRONIC PHYSICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS.
SHE IS THE DEVELOPER OF AN INTENSIVE, HIGH-FREQUENCY RECOVERY METHODOLOGY DESIGNED TO IMPROVE FUNCTIONAL OUTCOMES IN INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NOT ACHIEVED SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS THROUGH CONVENTIONAL APPROACHES. THIS METHOD EMPHASIZES EXTENDED DAILY ENGAGEMENT, STRUCTURED PROGRESSION, AND ONE-ON-ONE INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING TO PROMOTE NEUROPLASTIC ADAPTATION AND FUNCTIONAL REINTEGRATION.
HER APPROACH IS CHARACTERIZED BY UP TO FIVE HOURS OF DAILY, INDIVIDUALIZED RECOVERY SESSIONS CONDUCTED SIX DAYS PER WEEK, TARGETING CORE FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES INCLUDING BALANCE, MOBILITY, TRANSFERS, AND INDEPENDENT MOVEMENT IN REAL-WORLD CONDITIONS.
